Returns & Refunds Policy
At Live 2 Live, we are committed to providing high-quality products at affordable prices. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible physical product purchases, subject to the terms outlined below.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Physical Products Only)
If you are not completely satisfied with your physical product purchase, you may return the item within thirty (30) days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Refunds will not be issued for orders where an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided by the customer.
Order Cancellations (Physical Products)
Orders for physical products may be cancelled or modified within six (6) hours of purchase. A five percent (5%) deduction will be applied to all cancelled orders to cover payment processing fees. Once the shipping process has begun, orders can no longer be cancelled.
Replacement Policy (Physical Products)
If your physical item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are eligible for a free replacement or a one hundred percent (100%) refund if you contact our support team within fourteen (14) days of delivery. To request a replacement, you must provide your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photographs may be required to assist with processing. This policy applies only to damage during shipping, manufacturing defects, or fulfillment errors and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or customer-caused damage.
Return Shipping (Physical Products)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Any customs fees covered by Live 2 Live for the original delivery may be deducted from the refund amount. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that returned items are successfully received. Returns must be sent to the warehouse location designated by Live 2 Live at the time the return is approved.
Digital Products, AI Companion App & Subscription Services
Live 2 Live also offers access to an AI companion application and related digital services, which may be included as a promotional seven (7) day free trial in connection with certain purchases.
By completing checkout and activating the AI companion free trial, you expressly acknowledge and agree that unless you cancel the subscription before the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your selected payment method will be charged. The existence of the free trial, its duration, automatic billing terms, and subscription pricing are clearly disclosed during the add-to-cart and checkout process. Completion of checkout constitutes explicit consent to these terms, regardless of subsequent use or non-use of the service.
As an additional courtesy, Live 2 Live sends reminder email notifications prior to the expiration of the free trial period informing users that the trial is ending and advising them to cancel if they do not wish to continue with the subscription. Responsibility for monitoring the free trial period and cancelling the subscription before billing rests solely with the customer. Failure to cancel the subscription before the end of the free trial, including due to forgetfulness, oversight, or failure to review reminder emails, does not constitute grounds for a refund, reversal, or chargeback.
Upon successful billing after the free trial period, digital access to the AI companion is immediately granted and the service is considered delivered in full. Once a subscription charge has been successfully processed, all AI companion subscriptions and digital services are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to cases of partial use, non-use, accidental purchase, or misunderstanding of the trial terms.
Refund, return, exchange, and cancellation policies applicable to physical products do not apply to digital services, subscriptions, or AI companion access. Digital products, subscriptions, and AI companion services are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or charge reversals once activated or billed. Any attempt to dispute valid subscription charges through a payment provider after agreeing to these terms may be considered misuse of the chargeback process and may result in suspension or termination of access to Live 2 Live services.
How to Request a Refund (Physical Products Only)
To initiate a return or refund for an eligible physical product, please contact our support team through the Contact Us page with your order number and relevant details. All refund requests are reviewed and processed in accordance with this policy.
