We provide services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in this agreement. In addition, you agree to comply with all rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such services before using them. Live2Live reserves the right to change, modify, or update this site, the Services, and these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

Please read this agreement carefully. By accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using the website, mobile application, AI companion services, community features, or any related products or services provided by Live2Live (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained herein.

You shall not upload, distribute, transmit, or otherwise publish through the Services any content, information, or material that contains bugs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses, malware, or other harmful code; that is libelous, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, discriminatory, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable; or that violates or infringes upon the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any person or entity under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction.

Live2Live may provide you with an account identification and password to enable access to certain portions of the Services. Each time you use such identification or password, you are deemed to be authorized to access and use the Services in a manner consistent with this agreement, and Live2Live has no obligation to investigate the source of any such access or use. You are solely responsible for all access to and use of the Services through your account, whether authorized or not, including all communications, transmissions, and obligations incurred through such use. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials and must immediately notify Live2Live of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security.

By accepting these Terms of Service through your use of the Services, you certify that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older. If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you may use the Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement, Live2Live grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the Services solely by displaying them on your internet browser or device for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Services for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party without the express prior written consent of Live2Live. Any violation of this agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of this license without notice.

Unless explicitly permitted in writing by Live2Live, all materials forming part of the Services, including but not limited to images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, software, music, video clips, and written or other materials (collectively, the “Content”), are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Services or Content without Live2Live’s express written authorization. Live2Live reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel access at its sole discretion if user conduct violates these Terms, applicable law, or is harmful to Live2Live’s interests.

Live2Live also offers an AI-powered companion application and related community features as part of the Services. The AI companion is intended solely to provide general conversation, emotional support, and informational responses. It does not provide medical, mental health, psychological, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis intervention. Use of the AI companion does not create any professional, therapeutic, fiduciary, or confidential relationship between you and Live2Live. All responses generated by the AI are automated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You acknowledge that any decisions or actions taken based on interactions with the AI companion or community features are solely your responsibility and are undertaken at your own risk.

Live2Live implements reasonable measures designed to protect user data and communications. Conversations within the AI companion are encrypted and intended to be accessible only by the user, except where the user voluntarily shares content through community features. Live2Live does not sell private conversation content. However, no system of electronic communication or data storage is completely secure, and by using the Services you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with digital communications.

Certain apparel purchases or promotions may include access to a seven (7) day free trial of the AI companion application. After the free trial period, continued access to the AI companion may require a paid subscription. Trial availability, duration, features, pricing, and eligibility may be modified or discontinued at any time at Live2Live’s sole discretion without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live2Live shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Services, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated responses, community interactions, data loss, emotional distress, or personal decisions made through the Services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Live2Live, its owners, affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
